Pastor David Reyes
Senior Pastor
David has served the Michiana region for over 18 years. His heart for people and deep love of Scripture have shaped Church on the Rock into a place of genuine community and transformational faith. He and his wife Maria have four children and love hiking the dunes along Lake Michigan.
Pastor Rachel Hollis
Associate Pastor of Discipleship
Rachel leads our discipleship and small groups ministries. With a Master of Divinity from Bethel Seminary, she is passionate about helping people grow deep roots in their faith. She and her husband James lead a small group together every Wednesday.
Pastor Marcus Webb
Youth & Next Gen Pastor
Marcus has spent the past decade building vibrant youth and young adult communities. His energy and authenticity connect with the next generation in powerful ways. He leads our Students and Children ministry teams and coaches youth basketball on weekends.
Sarah Chen
Director of Worship
Sarah has led our worship ministry for eight years with a gift for creating spaces where people encounter God. She trained at Berklee College of Music and now channels that talent entirely toward the mission of the church.
Pastor Tom Aldridge
Pastor of Care & Community
Tom oversees our pastoral care, prayer ministry, and community outreach. A retired hospital chaplain, he brings deep compassion and wisdom to every person he walks alongside. He and his wife Diane lead our senior adults ministry.
Keisha Monroe
Director of Operations
Keisha keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes. With a background in nonprofit leadership and a passion for the local church, she ensures that every ministry team has what they need to serve well. She joined the staff after volunteering for three years.
