Church Membership

Membership is more than a name on a list. It's a commitment to a family — to be known, to care for others, and to take ownership of the mission together.

Why Membership?

In a culture that values options and flexibility, committing to a local church feels countercultural. But the New Testament describes the church as a body — every part connected, every person contributing. Membership is how we say out loud: "I'm not just visiting. I'm home."

The Path to Membership

01

Attend a Sunday Service

If you haven't visited yet, come join us on a Sunday. Membership starts with simply showing up.

02

Join a Membership Class

We offer a four-week membership class called "Foundations" that covers our beliefs, our vision, and what membership means practically. Classes run quarterly.

03

Share Your Story

Membership involves a brief conversation with one of our pastors — not an interview, but an opportunity to share your faith story and ask any questions you have.

04

Commit & Be Welcomed

Members are publicly welcomed during a Sunday service. You'll receive a membership welcome gift and be introduced to the broader church family.

Member Commitments

  • To grow in your relationship with Jesus through Scripture, prayer, and community
  • To gather regularly with the church for worship and fellowship
  • To give generously of your time, talent, and financial resources
  • To serve in an area of ministry within the church
  • To pursue peace and unity within the church family

Upcoming Foundations Class

Our next four-week Foundations class begins Sunday, June 22, 2026, immediately after the 11:00 AM service in the Oak Room.

No cost. No pressure. Just a great group of people figuring out what it means to commit to a church family.
